• Section 1 - Name: The organization is the xEarn DAO ("DAO").

• Section 2 - Purpose: The DAO is dedicated to advancing innovation, equitable prosperity, and the collective pursuit of happiness within the Web3 ecosystem, fostering innovation, collaboration, and equitable access to resources.

Article II: Membership and Rights

• Section 1 - Membership Definition: Full Membership is open to Nakamigos, holders of QRX tokens, and other select official partners .

• Section 2 - Affiliate Membership: Extended to individuals holding any tokens associated with the xEarn DAO incubation program. Affiliate Members enjoy certain privileges but do not hold full membership rights.

• Section 3 - Membership Rights:

  • Basic Membership: Includes access to DAO resources and updates.

  • Verified Membership: Offers additional benefits, including potential revenue sharing, upon KYC completion.

  • Participation in Decision-Making: All members have the right to participate in decision-making processes, subject to the governance structure of the DAO.

  • Access to Resources: Availability of tools, educational materials, and industry insights.

  • Privacy Protection: Strong commitment to protecting member data and privacy.

  • Non-Discrimination: Ensuring an inclusive and equitable environment for all members.

Article III: Governance and Accountability

• Section 1 - Governance Structure: Operates on democratic principles, allowing members to contribute to DAO direction within the framework of its governance.

• Section 2 - Transparency and Accountability: Upholds transparency in governance and prompt conflict resolution.

Article IV: Operations and Data Privacy

• Section 1 - Resource Allocation: Focuses on equitable resource distribution, supporting emerging Web3 developers.

• Section 2 - Data Privacy: Adheres to stringent data protection standards as outlined in the DAO’s Data Privacy Policy.

• Section 1 - Non-Discrimination and Inclusion: Commitment to a diverse, discrimination-free DAO environment.

Note: The DAO offers various membership levels. Verified Membership for revenue sharing requires KYC completion, board approval and a minimum six-month staking of tokens or NFTs.
